Linksys PAP2T Questions & Answers & Howto
JUSTVOIP website is blocked in Dubai so i cant check there, Justvoip client works well from laptop but i cant configure to make outgoing calls using Linksys PAP2 adapter
I have Acanac voip service and I was told I could purchase my own phone adapter. I saw a Linksys PAP2 adapter at a very good price that is unlocked and is suppose to work with Acanac. I can’t configure it to work. Acanac recommends Sipura ATA-2100 or 2102. They only give support on an ATA adapter.
I have tried logging on to the IP address of the adapter but none of the usual IP addresses associated withe Linksys products that I know will work.

I am based in Cebu, Philippines, I need a VoIP phone adapter to minimize by phone billing. I need to buy VoIP phone adapter but I don’t know how to configure. I need an international call especially Japan. Please tell so that I can buy now the Linksys PAP2T model.
It is Linksys Phone adapter by Cisko Systems with 2 Ports for Voice-over-IP. Can somebody who have one of those post the specs from the power supply? Output volts and wattage. Thanks.
I have a SpeedTouch ST585 modem to which I currently have a PAP2 connected. Can I connect another one to the same network?
I mean adding another PAP2 to the same network.
I have to input user id, password and proxy server number, I already have id and pwd but couldn’t find proxy

Does PAP2T work over a 802.11n network? If it does not, do you know of an ATA that is compatible. Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. I mean if I plug it in to my router (Airport Extreme OSX) that is 802.11″n”? It should work right?
Here’s the situation which makes me wonder why this problem has suddenly came up even without changing any settings in my router and PAP2.
I’m able to make and receive clear calls till one day the other party can’t hear me anymore. I can hear them (whether I make or receive call) but they can’t hear me.
Here’s my setup:
1) Linksys Router (with ports 5060-5061 opened)
2) PAP2-NA (with static IP on whom the opened ports are assigned)
3) VOIPSTUNT
4) iPKall for DID
I really don’t know what to do. I have the same setup in my office and the same setup has been working well for years while my home setup suddenly gave me this problem without me tinkering with any of the settings at all.
Please Help!
